MEPSYS not only designs the blue-print of a company’s infrastructure systems, but brings it to life by obtaining mandatory statutory approvals, installation of appropriate customized infrastructure, delivery and post-installation maintenance.

MEPSYS lays the technical foundation for companies by designing and installing mechanical and electrical infrastructure, public health engineering systems (fire protection and water systems) and piped gas distribution systems. It provides MEP infrastructure services for industrial, commercial and residential sector.

Founder

An Electrical Engineer by profession, Mr. Mohiyuddin Shariff has witnessed the birth of the MEP era (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineering) and its rapid evolving thereon. The MEP era fragmented the practices of companies outsourcing its infrastructure requirements from different sources and gradually aligned them as an integrated and inter-linked service.

Having envisioned that an integrated MEP infrastructure concept would become the industry norm, Mr Shariff entered the arena with the backing of qualification and experience.

Backed by 25 years of successful project management experience and expertise in various fields, Mr. Shariff started MEPSYS in 2015 by offering a one-stop MEP infrastructure solution to companies. His credibility as a professional is backed with his excellent technical knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection System and Public Health Engineering. His goodwill and rapport with Architects, Consultants, OEM’s and reputed vendors such as Schneider Electric, Carrier, Kirloskar, Cummins and CRI pumps to name a few, ensure prompt and timely project delivery.

Mr. Shariff’s strong point is his accurate assessment of client’s requirements and a no-compromise delivery policy, which is on time and within the budget. His proven track record is reflected in the company’s growing portfolio of satisfied customers/clients.

MEPSYS is an organization formed by experienced and proven personnel in the building industry. Our engineering team has completed LEED Certified Platinum Commercial IT/ITES offices space of 2 million Sq.ft in a single development. It has also completed a few high rise apartments in Bangalore and Mangalore.
